By accessing or using Stackrift at stackrift.net you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Stackrift. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at ngr.admin@proton.me.
You may not create accounts for the purpose of violating these terms, impersonating others, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
You are solely responsible for all content you post on Stackrift. By posting content you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any applicable laws or these terms.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without notice.
Stackrift uses automated content moderation on all posts and comments. Content that violates our Community Guidelines is blocked before publication. Stackrift reserves the right to remove any content and terminate any account at its sole discretion.
Stackrift does not ban accounts for self-promotion, product launches, or building in public. Accounts may be suspended or permanently banned for violations of Section 4 above, including spam, harassment, hate speech, or other bad faith conduct.
You retain ownership of content you post on Stackrift. By posting content you grant Stackrift a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the platform.
The Stackrift name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of NextGenRails™. You may not use them without written permission.
Stackrift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NextGenRails™ does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextGenRails™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Stackrift.
Stackrift reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
